Shipping conditions

These shipping terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the arrangements and costs for shipping products purchased on our e-commerce site (hereinafter the “Site”). By placing an order on our Site, you accept these Shipping Terms.

  1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight and volume of the order. Shipping costs will be clearly shown in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. Shipping costs are stated in euros (€) and do not include the VAT applicable in France (this is applied to the final cart total including VAT).

  1. Shipping times

Shipping times vary depending on the products ordered, their availability and the delivery destination. As a general rule, orders are shipped within 24 working hours of order confirmation. However, these times are given for guidance only and may vary in exceptional circumstances or periods of high demand.

  1. Delivery areas

Our Site ships to mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and certain European Union countries. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

  1. Shipping methods

We work with various carriers to deliver your orders, such as La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, UPS, GÉODIS, etc. The choice of carrier depends on the weight, volume and destination of the order. Tracking details for your order will be sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

  1. Receipt of goods

It is your responsibility to check the condition of the products on receipt and to report any damage immediately to the carrier. In the event of damage or a missing product, you must also notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  1. Returns and exchanges

In accordance with the regulations in force in France, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products to us for exchange or refund. Return costs are at your expense. Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by all accessories, if any.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Shipping Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

We cannot be held liable for any delay, error or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, errors made by carriers or suppliers, or restrictions imposed by the authorities.

  1. Changes to the Shipping Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Shipping Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after the amended Shipping Terms have been published, you accept those changes.
