These general terms and conditions of sale govern the use of the website [https://www.airpropre.fr] (hereinafter “the Site”) and all commercial transactions concluded between the user of the Site (hereinafter “the Customer”) and [NWS-TECH] (hereinafter “the Seller” or “we”). Please read these terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions of sale.
- Products and orders
1.1 Product description: The Site offers the online sale of products relating to air cleanliness, such as air purifiers, filters, accessories, etc. (hereinafter “the Products”). The descriptions of the Products on the Site are provided for information purposes only and may be subject to minor variations.
1.2 Product availability: All orders for Products are subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a replacement product or a full refund of the order.
1.3 Ordering process: To place an order, you must follow the instructions provided on the Site. You will be asked to provide accurate and complete information concerning your order, such as your name, delivery address and payment details. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order.
- Price and payment
