The AD PVC IQ BOFA extractor has been designed to deal effectively with the corrosive nature of the fumes generated by PVC materials during laser applications. PVC fume is highly corrosive. The AD PVC IQ has therefore been specially coated to protect the critical areas of the machine.
The AD PVC IQ fume and particle extractor shares many of the features of the AD Oracle iQ. That is, all exposed surfaces inside the system have been coated to withstand the corrosive nature of PVC fumes. Each unit is therefore fitted with HCI and VOC sensors that continuously monitor the exhaust air, to ensure greater safety and performance.
The "iQ" technology works on two distinct levels. Users benefit from ease of use and simple, real-time information. The system also provides a cache of analytical data, allowing users to download performance and operating parameters for evaluation purposes. In addition, the iQ system automatically monitors the filters. It adjusts its airflow as needed to ensure that it never falls below effective levels.
The iQ system takes performance and safety parameters to a new level. It ensures that maintenance downtime and cost of ownership are kept to a minimum.
