The A1030270 BOFA filter is a replacement combined filter for the FumeCab 700 fume extractor. It is designed to be used as a main filter to trap dust particles and debris generated by pharmaceutical applications. Most of these harmful particles are not visible. They may be solid particles, gases or vapours. Whether you are operating machinery in a school or a large-scale factory, all airborne substances should be considered potentially harmful.
The A1030270 combined filter is easy to install and replace. Simply slide it into the slot provided on the extractor. We recommend replacing the pre-filter every 3 to 6 months, depending on how the extractor is used. It is also important to make sure that you use the correct filter for your extractor, in order to guarantee optimum performance and the longest possible filter life. This filter is designed for use with the FumeCab 700 extractor.
The A1030270 BOFA filter uses a HEPA filter medium made up of several layers of pleated glass fibre and activated carbon, in order to capture the larger solid particles. The BOFA A1030270 filter is capable of capturing up to 99.997% of particles of 0.3 µm or larger. Its construction, with a galvanised steel casing sealed with polyurethane sealant, ensures optimum filtration.
