Description

The A1030184 BOFA filter is a replacement combined air filter for the BOFA AD 4000/PrintPro 4000 and V 4000 fume extractors. This filter is a main filter that uses a HEPA filter medium to remove fine particles from the air. It removes the harmful fumes, gases and vapours generated by brazing processes. Brazing is a joining process in which a brazing alloy is melted to join different metals. As a result, this process can produce fumes and gases that are harmful to health and must be removed before they are inhaled by workers.

The A1030184 filter is easy to install and replace. Simply slide it into the slot provided in the fume extractor. We also recommend replacing the filter every 3 to 6 months, depending on use. It is also important to make sure that you are using the correct filter for the right fume extractor, in order to guarantee optimum fume extractor performance and maximum filter life.

The A1030184 BOFA filter uses a glass fibre HEPA filter medium and high-quality activated carbon. These elements are designed to remove fine particles from the air. Its construction, with a galvanised steel casing sealed with polyurethane sealant, ensures optimum filtration.
