A1030165 BOFA filter for T60 and T100 extractor

Description

The A1030165 BOFA filter is a replacement filter for the T30 and T100 fume extractors. It is designed to be used as a pre-filter to trap dust particles and debris generated during soldering. Soldering is a process in which a solder alloy is melted to join dissimilar metals. This process can produce fumes and gases that are harmful to health and must be removed before they are inhaled by workers.

The A1030165 filter is easy to install and replace. Simply slide it into the slot provided on the fume extractor. We recommend replacing the pre-filter every 3 to 6 months, depending on how the fume extractor is used. The A1030165 BOFA  filter uses a multi-layer filter pad. It also includes a pre-filter layer with a 75% removal efficiency for 10 μm particles. This helps to reduce the load on the main filter, thereby extending the service life of the extractor.
